This website (mariaraf.com) is run by Maria Beauty: Maria, a hair stylist at Hair&Make Vesta, Pier West Square 1F, 1-11-8 Tsukuda, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0051, Japan. This page explains what personal information the site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you send a booking request or a message through a form on this site, we receive the email address or phone number you enter, the service you choose, the date and time, the page you sent it from, and your IP address. We do not ask for any other personal information.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to you and arrange your appointment, and the IP address to keep spam out of the forms. Your request is delivered by email to Maria and to the site administrator. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking emails only as long as we need them to look after your appointment. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies and other services

The site stores one small cookie (pll_language) that remembers your language. There are no analytics or advertising trackers. The map on the contacts page is provided by Google Maps, which receives your IP address when your browser loads it, under Google’s privacy policy. Everything else on the site, including fonts and icons, is served from this website itself. Links to Instagram, Facebook and LINE open their sites, where their policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to boykomaria20@gmail.com or call +81 80 4432 8117.
